Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Administration Assistant to join their team based in Ferny Grove. This role is being offered on a part-time basis with the possibility of a full-time role being offered to the right candidate.
The Admin Assistant will work hand in hand with the manager and department leaders to support the day to day operation of the business.
- General office coordination, including organisation and filing.
- Liasoning with department leaders.
- Placing of stock orders (Stationary, etc).
- Meeting minutes.
- Stock management via point of sale system.
The successful candidate will:
- Have great communication skills.
- Be well presented, honest and reliable.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Be competent in working with and learning new systems.
- Have own transport.
- Ability to work in Australia long term.
