Trident Services has exciting new opportunities for energetic and bright Customer Service Officers to join our Aviation Services Team.  We are seeking motivated individuals who have a strong customer centric outlook and are interested in expanding on those skills to include training and development in airport security and passenger safety with qualifications recognised by the Aviation and Security industries.

Casual roles are on offer with the long-term goal of converting those hours to Part-time and Full-time employment. The positions focus on creating positive customer experiences with a focus on providing positive and memorable customer experiences when transiting through Cairns Airport, the tourism gateway to where, living in paradise is a part of everyday life.

Your main responsibilities…

  • Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, consistently providing a high quality, positive experience.
  • Demonstrated potential to learn and retain new information and skills in a fast-paced airport environment
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory Work Health and Safety requirements and procedures
  • Consistently display professional standards of behaviour and personal presentation
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced ever changing team environment
  • Utilize excellent verbal communication skills
  • Provide positive experiences for persons arriving and departing the Cairns airport terminal environment

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Customer service background that has engaged with a range of clientele, solved problems, and worked in a pro-active team environment.
  • Availability to work on a 24/7 continuous roster
  • Excellent presentation and professional appearance
  • Current driver’s license and access to reliable transport
  • Ability to attend relevant training and development programs and obtain certification
