Description
* In this support role, you will actively register candidates, ensuring we are well prepared to support our client requirements.
* Utilising your strong understanding of the market, you will profile and recommend candidate suitability for active vacancies.
* Looking after the end to end process of the candidate lifecycle you will; advertise, screen, interview, profile, reference check, assess and ensure all compliancy.
* You will build community engagement, leveraging partnerships from Job Active Providers.
* Working in a highly reactive and fast paced environment, you will thrive off executing high calibre work.
* You have great ability to build rapport with the diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
